SB Tactical™ warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for (1) year from date of purchase. If you believe this product has any defects in materials or workmanship, cease use immediately and contact firstname.lastname@example.org for a remedy. All returns must include the proof of purchase and documentation specifying the claimed defect.
SB Tactical makes no other warranties express, implied or statutory, including without limitation any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability.
This policy applies to products purchased directly from SB Tactical™. If you purchased your item from a dealer or other online retailer, please contact that dealer directly. For warranty returns: All returns require an RMA number. Return instructions will be provided to you by emailing email@example.com. Refused shipments, returns due to bad addresses or unattainable delivery signatures will incur a 25% restocking fee.
Returns must take place within 30 days of the original SB Tactical shipping date and must be returned complete and in the original retail packaging for full credit.
SB Tactical™ only ships within the United States of America. Shipping, handling and tax are additional and the responsibility of the Buyer unless otherwise expressly indicated at the time of sale. Title to products passes from Seller to Buyer upon shipment to Buyer. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by Seller is Seller’s responsibility. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by Buyer is Buyer’s responsibility. You must notify Seller within 30 days of purchase or shipment of the product if you believe any part of your purchase is missing, wrong or damaged. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only.
