BATFE FINAL RULE
On January 31, 2023, the Final Brace Rule and largest gun registration scheme in U.S. history was published to the Federal Register and took effect. This unlawful Rule forces some owners of brace-equipped firearms to choose between registration, destruction, forfeiture, altering the firearm, or criminal liability. Stand by as we intend to take every action necessary to hold the ATF accountable.
